EMMA DICKINSON
She is an operatic Soprano who possesses a rich, vibrant tone that is only matched by her crisp technique and her polished artistry. Emma prides herself on being a multifaceted, hard-working, detail-oriented, and learned musician who is always ready for a challenge. She has already dazzled audiences in her portrayals of The Mother in Hansel and Gretel, The Sorceress in Dido and Aeneas, Cherubino in The Marriage of Figaro, The White Cat in The Child and the Magic Spells, La Nature in La Calisto, and Emma Jones in Street Scene with Simpson College Opera. She made her first professional opera debut as Dater #6 in Speed Dating Tonight! by Michael Ching with the Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre. She is currently studying at Peabody Conservatory for her Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance under the tutelage of Denyce Graves and Peggy Baroody. At Peabody, she has performed in the chorus of L'Elisir d'Amore, and Zosha in Out of Darkness: Two Remain. This past summer, she performed the role of Larina in Eugene Onegin in Russian Opera Workshop in Philadelphia. Recently, she performed as a Street Singer in Peabody Opera's production of Bernstein's Mass. In March, Ms. Dickinson will be performing the role of Giorgetta in Il Tabarro by Puccini with Peabody Opera.

MISAEL TAMBUWUN
After coming up as the First Prize Winner of Magnumopus International Composers Competition 2017 in London, he has been maintaining a busy career as both composer and music director with a few number performances across the globe, including Sweden, France, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Macedonia, Georgia/Former Soviet, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, and United States. In addition, he was appointed as a Guest Artist where his Orchestral Composition was winning a First Prize at Amarillo Symphony International Composers’ Initiative 2017 and summer 2018 in Carnegie Hall. Not only limited to a classical contemporary style but he has just signed a contract with an established animation company in Sydney for their Broadway Musical project and festival. The last but not least, his latest premiere performed by Antwerp Symphony Orchestra (Belgium), Jakarta City Philharmonic (Indonesia), and World Harp Congress in Cardiff (United Kingdom).

GABRIEL PETKAITIS
He is a working Jazz Drummer and Recording Engineer based in Baltimore, MD. Gabriel is an alumnus of the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University with degrees in Jazz Perfromance and Audio Engineering. He has studied under Jazz greats such as Nasar Abadey, Michael Formanek, Paul Bollenback, and Gary Thomas. In addition to his Jazz work, Gabriel is also the Lead Audio Engineer at Bethany Baptist Church in Ellicott City, MD, and works regularly with the Annapolis Choral and Live Arts Maryland. Gabriel performs and records regularly with the up and coming country rock group Ryan Webster and Dollar Store Fire. |
LAWRENCE HUTFLES
He is a Third Year Jazz Bassist at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. With a wide background of music Lawrence has influences ranging from Orchestral and Contemporary Classical, to Bluegrass and Free Improvisation. Though classically trained for many years, Lawrence was always drawn to the freedom of expression that Jazz offered. He spent his first year at Peabody in the classical bass department before transferring to Jazz and is now studying under Kris Funn. Lawrence is originally from Michigan and is an Interlochen Alumni. |
NOAH DION
He is a pianist, vocalist, teacher, and composer/arranger in the Baltimore-DC Area. He currently holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Jazz Piano Performance from the Peabody Institute and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Johns Hopkins University. Noah has served as Accompanist for the Annapolis Chorale, as well as Collaborative Pianist at Bethany Church since 2015. An experienced pianist of 18 years, Noah has run the gamut of musical genres from the classical to the modern – the traditional to the unorthodox. He has experience in jazz, funk, bebop, pop, worship music, modern music, Baroque selections, and the Romantic Era. At Peabody Institute, he studied under Tim Murphy in private instruction, as well as in the Peabody Latin Jazz Ensemble. Additionally, he has worked with several notable artists, including Michael Formanek, Gary Thomas, Marty Ehrlich, Billy Hart, Mark Feldman, and Mary Halvorson. He also has extensive accompaniment background, playing as a Staff Pianist for the Peabody Institute’s Preparatory Program since 2015. Noah also spent two years in residency at the internationally acclaimed New York Summer Music Festival from 2014 to 2015, working as a Staff Jazz Pianist alongside musical experts like Jesse Stacken, Randy Ingram, Jason Rigby, Brenda Earle Stokes, and Sherrie Maricle. He also has extensive experience in vocal performance, singing as a Tenor in statewide ensembles and professional environments alike. Noah has been engaged in the art of the piano for most of his life – since the age of five. After having spent almost two decades seated at the keyboard, he cannot think of anything he would rather do than play piano and make music for the world. |
